Wine tasting book chat event in North Carolina


Join me for my first book chat wine tasting event in North Carolina on October 29! The event will be hosted by two fabulous Southern Pines businesswomen: Robyn James, owner of The Wine Cellar & Tasting Room, and Kimberly Taws, owner of The Country Bookshop.

Background: Gather your girlfriends for a juicy book chat and wine tasting with Lisa Mattson, a small town transplant turned California wine maven and author of The Exes in My iPod: A Playlist of the Men Who Rocked Me to Wine Country. Kimberly Taws will ask author and wine expert Lisa Mattson about her choices in wine, men and writing—a lively Q&A that is sure to entertain! Hosted by Robyn James, proprietor of The Wine Cellar & Tasting Room, this event features a complimentary taste of select Jordan and J wines, as well as special by-the-glass pricing on wines featured in the book and snacks. Autographed copies will be sold by The Wine Country Bookshop at the event for $14.99 or you can purchase at copy at the bookshop before the event. Q&A begins promptly at 5:30 p.m., followed by book signing and wine tasting reception from 6 to 7:30 p.m. The event is complimentary.
